This guide shows how to update or cancel your subscription. Onlysocial lets you change your plan with prorated pricing system. Therefore, you can downgrade, or upgrade your plan by paying the price difference. And you can easily cancel your subscription without our team input.

Go to the User menu from bottom-left, and click on Billing.
The next page shows your subscription details. You'll see your current plan.
Then you can Update by selecting the Change Subscription Plan button. You can also Update your Payment Method. Finally, you can Cancel your Subscription.
