How to Create and Manage Workspaces

Onlysocial now lets you manage multiple workspaces. Each workspace is independent of one another. Therefore, you can manage billing, team members, and social profiles separately.

How to Create a Workspace

  1. Click on your name at the bottom left to open up the user menu. Click on the + symbol to create a new workspace.

  2. Enter your workspace name and select a unique color for the workspace Click on the Save button.

  3. The next page requires that you select a plan for the workspace. Or start the 7-day trial.

Switch Between Workspaces

To switch between workspaces, click on the user menu, then click on the workspace you'd like to switch to.

Note: The active workspace will always have a ribbon around it.

How to Delete a Workspace?

To delete a workspace follow the below steps:

  1. Switch to the workspace that you'd like to delete

  2. Click the user menu and click on the Settings button

  3. On the Settings page, click the Security menu item. Then click on Delete Workspace.

You'll be asked to confirm the deletion by typing the workspace name. Then click the Delete button.

Note: Deleting a Workspace deletes EVERYTHING about it. This includes Posts, Calendar, Social Profiles, Receipts... everything. And it's NOT possible to reverse this process.
