We pushed a major update to the Salesbot when we released the v3. An update that came with a redesigned Chatbot builder. After this update, you're likely to encounter an error when you try to edit an existing Bot.
NOTE: Existing bots are expected to function perfectly fine. Until you click the edit button.

Two issues you may encounter are:
Disconnected Flows: To fix this, simply reconnect all of your components in the chatbot.
Unable to Save: If you encounter an error message when you try saving your bot, all you need to do is double-click on every component in the bot.
