This feature lets you;
Hide Comments after a reply.
Hide or Delete a comment that contains a set of unwanted or spammy words.
NOTE:
Hiding a comment on your page keeps it visible to the commenter, their friends, and the page admin, while admin comments cannot be hidden. Deleting a comment, however, permanently removes it from the post.
To use this feature, you need to set up an auto-reply template or Full Page Campaign. While creating your template or campaign, you can then activate the Hide and Delete functions.
1. To Hide a comment after a reply, you need to toggle the "DO YOU WANT TO HIDE COMMENTS AFTER COMMENT REPLY?"
This is perfect for protecting your potential customers from competitors.
2. To Hide or Delete a Comment that contains unwanted or spammy words;
Toggle either the Hide or Delete buttons.
Type out the unwanted words to look out for in a comment in the text box provided. A comma should separate each word.
You can then go ahead and set up your auto-reply template.
