How to Configure OpenAI API to Enable ChatGPT in Salesbot

In this guide, we'll show you how to configure the OpenAI API key so you can activate AI responses in your chatbot flows or comment replies.

  1. The first step is for you to generate and copy your OpenAI key. Here's a video guide on how to go about this: https://youtu.be/aVog4J6nIAU

  2. Now login to your OnlySocial dashboard. Go to Salesbot from the main menu. On the Salesbot menu, go to API Channels. Scroll down and click OpenAI API.

3. In the dialog box that opened next, paste the copied key in step 1 into the OPEN AI SECRET KEY.


โ€‹INSTRUCTION TO AI
Now, write a general instruction for the AI. This is different from the instructions that'll be given to the AI when building your chatbots or comment replies.

MODEL: Select the OpenAI model that you'd like to use. We recommend "gpt-3.5 turbo" for affordability. And "gpt-4" for the best responses.

MAXIMUM TOKEN: This is where you set how many tokens your AI should consume in a month. This is important for cost control. However, do not enter too little so your AI doesn't stop halfway.
