You may want to disable or refresh the bot connection for a page. This process is simply the same process when you enabled the bot connection for your page.

Go to Facebook and Instagram from the main menu.

Under the Page you wish to disable or re-fresh, click the "Disable Bot Connection" and if already disabled, the button will change to "Restart Bot Connection". You'll receive a notification that it's successfully activated.
