Here's a guide to show you how to add your custom domain to Onlysocial Link in Bio. This lets you use your own domain for your biolink pages, shortened links, and Vcards.
Follow the guide below to set up your domain.
1. Go to Link in Bio from your Onlysocial Dashboard.
2. From Link in Bio dashboard, click on the top-menu and select Custom Domains. Then click on Connect Custom Domain to add a new custom domain.
3. The next step requires that you enter your domain details.
Note: Use a subdomain if you have an active website on your root domain.
Enter your domain, custom index URL if the naked domain is visited. And a custom 404, when a non existing link is visited.
Now click on the Create button.
4. The next step requires that you point your domain A Record to our IP (213.239.218.94) or point your Cname to our domain "biolink.onlysocial.io"
Go to your domain DNS and set this up.
5. Finally, we'll review your domain submission, and it'll be activated within 24 hours. You can also reach out to us via chat to request a manual review.
Note: It could take up to 48 hours for your custom domain DNS to propagate and have the SSL active.
You have successfully added a custom. You can now select your custom domain when creating new bio pages and links.
